Shipping policy
At Tempered Goods, we aim to get your gear to you fast, safe, and hassle-free.
Processing Times
We aim to pack and ship within 24hrs of the order being placed with our trusted shipping provider. During peak periods or product drops, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
All items are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship nationwide using trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location and period in which your items were purchased. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on the way. Once the items have been dispatched and in the hands of courier, Tempered Goods cannot control or alter the shipment in anyway. The shipment, it's condition, loss or damage is not under the liability of Tempered Goods, it is solely up to to the customer to track and/or remedy any issues with the courier directly. If there are delays this is likely due to the courier and out of our control - although we will assist as best we can during this process.
International Shipping
Due to the Tariffs and other taxes currently involved with shipping to some countries, we have temporarily paused International Shipping. If you are after more information, or too see if we are able to do a custom shipping quote for Tempered Goods - please contact jack@triplesix.com.au directly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. If you haven’t received your tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to the courier using your provided tracking number directly. If your item, the box/satchel it comes in is damaged during transit, please contact and notify the courier within 24hrs of the delivery being made to make a claim. Tempered Goods is not liable for any damage made during transit, or otherwise during the delivery process. All packages sent are wrapped accordingly to avoid any damage to the item to ensure that the item arrives safe, and damage free.
