Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tempered Goods, we want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unwashed, unworn, unridden and in original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. DO NOT SEND BACK TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHOUT CONFIRMATION.

Refunds
Refunds are case-by-case basis and solely decided by Tempered Goods. We cannot Refund, nor exchange for change of mind. Wrong fitment or sizing issues will be dealt with accordingly and fees may apply. If eligible for a refund, once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for funds to clear, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, limited drops, and custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 24hrs of delivery so we can have record of this to help provide the courier. Items damaged during transit are solely at liability of the courier and must be contacted within 24hrs of the delivery being made. Tempered Goods is not responsible for damages made to items during transit.
