Warranty Policy
At Tempered Goods, we stand behind the quality of everything we produce. Our products are built to ride hard, last long, and perform at the highest level. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Crash Replacement Warranty
We know BMX isn’t gentle. Heavy riding, big bowls, and pushing limits can take a toll on your gear. If you damage a Tempered product through crashing, impact, or rider error, we offer a Crash Replacement Program to help get you rolling again—without the full replacement cost.
What’s Covered
Our Crash Replacement Warranty provides discounted pricing on replacement parts that have been damaged due to:
-
Crashes or heavy impacts
-
Over-rotation or misjudged landings
-
Rider error or accidental damage
This applies to both Australian-Made and Regular Tempered Goods, with pricing determined by product type and severity of damage.
What’s Not Covered
Crash Replacement does not apply to:
-
Normal wear and tear
-
